We had the privilege to work with the Maui County Workforce Development Board to design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy and content calendar for their Quality Jobs, Equity Strategy, and Training (QUEST) Disaster Recovery Dislocated Worker Grant (DWG) Program. The objective was to elevate program visibility, strengthen brand identity, and drive engagement across key audiences, including potential participants, employers, and community partners. Our team developed a cohesive brand kit, established tone and core messaging principles, managed their Instagram account, and produced multimedia content — including filming, design, and storytelling assets — to showcase QUEST’s mission and impact.
Through this strategic, month-by-month campaign, we helped position QUEST as a trusted and transformative pathway to workforce success. Each month highlighted a targeted theme — from awareness and eligibility to industry spotlights, training opportunities, success stories, and employer partnerships, driving measurable increases in audience reach, inquiries, and program applications. The campaign deepened community engagement, strengthened employer connections, and enhanced QUEST’s digital presence, ultimately reinforcing its role as a vital bridge between education, training, and meaningful employment in Hawai‘i.
